Counselling with a Registered Migration Agent
The Australian visa system is very complex, and information available on the website of the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) can often be confusing and extensive, but sometimes also incomplete.
If you want to apply for a visa for Australia, it is not obligatory to hire a Registered Migration Agent, but an agent can save your time and money when choosing the suitable visa type for you and guiding you through the whole process.
Sometimes small details in your application for a Visitor visa only can affect the outcome of the process, let alone for other visas that require much more time, effort and money. It happens that mistakes made in the visa application can lead to refusals or to having your options limited when applying again in the future.
Guarantee
Registered Migration Agent cannot guarantee that your visa will be granted, as we are forbidden to do so according to our registration and the rules we follow.
The decision on whether your visa is granted or refused is issued by the Australian Department of Home Affairs.
Registered Migration Agent can give you a professional advice and guidance based on the knowledge and experience, and can also work on increasing your chances of getting a visa granted, but must not guarantee that your visa will be granted.

We sign a client agreement with our clients and commit ourselves to honesty in presenting their chances for getting a visa granted or regarding other issues, as required by the Code of Conduct and the Consumer Guide.

Visa application
On our website in the section Visa types, you have listed the most frequent types of visas. The information provided on our website is valid at the time of publication, but there may be certain exceptions due to the changes in Australian visa regulations that depend on the Department of Home Affairs.
If you need advice from a Registered Migration Agent, we suggest that you schedule a consultation, because the information on our website is general and is not adapted to your circumstances.
A complete list of visas for Australia can be found here.
You can also find all the visa application charge (VAC) for every type of visa. These fees are paid to the Department of Home Affairs when lodging your visa application. You can find the price list here.
The services of the Registered Migration Agent are not included in the above-mentioned fees. The VAC is the expense that you inevitably have to cover if there is a fee for a given visa type, regardless of whether you hired us for assistance or not.
